# Spreadiom > Spreadiom lets website owners ("publishers") sell banner ad space directly to advertisers and get paid into their own Stripe or PayPal account. Every ad slot gets a booking page where advertisers pick dates, upload a banner and pay by card (Stripe Checkout) or PayPal. Free to start: a 5% platform fee applies only to completed bookings and is invoiced monthly. Spreadiom is operated by DevTeam Co., Ltd. (South Korea). The service is in English and all prices are in USD. Public contact: info@spreadiom.com. Key facts: - Publishers create an ad slot (size, price per day in USD, minimum and maximum days, optional approval) and paste a one-line HTML embed (`` — no JavaScript, no cookies). An empty slot shows an "Advertise here" banner that links to the slot's booking page at `/{code}/reserve`. - Advertisers need no account. They pick dates on an availability calendar, upload a creative (cropped to the slot size automatically and screened by AI for adult, gambling and drug content) and pay by card. They get a private booking page with live impressions and clicks, plus email updates. - Payments go directly to the publisher: card payments through Stripe Checkout into the publisher's own Stripe account, PayPal payments straight into the publisher's own PayPal account. Spreadiom never holds the publisher's money; Stripe's and PayPal's processing fees apply as usual. - Optional approval: with a card, the advertiser's card is only authorized at checkout and charged when the publisher approves; with PayPal, the advertiser pays after approval (within 48 hours). Declined or unreviewed requests are never charged. - Publishers connect Stripe by pasting API keys (a restricted key is recommended). Keys are stored encrypted, Spreadiom creates the webhook automatically, and Stripe test mode is supported. - Pricing: free to start, no subscription. 5% platform fee on completed bookings (charged, live mode). Test-mode and declined bookings are never billed; refunded amounts are not billed. - Billing: one invoice a month in USD, emailed on the 1st, due on the 15th, payable by PayPal. Reminders follow. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, new bookings are paused (ads already running keep running) until it is paid, which restores the account instantly. - Enterprise: a custom, dedicated banner platform built by DevTeam for high-traffic publishers — from $3,000 one-time build, optional maintenance and support from $99/month, 100% of ad revenue paid directly to the publisher, launch in 2–4 weeks. - What changed: the public directory of ad spaces (/space) and the advertiser login with one-time codes were retired; advertisers now book as guests. Earlier descriptions of Spreadiom (weekly PayPal payouts to publishers, a 10% service fee) are out of date. ## Main pages - [Home — for publishers](https://www.spreadiom.com/): How Spreadiom works: booking pages, card payments to your own Stripe account, the no-JavaScript embed, features and FAQ. -
