Publisher: A user who provides ad space on their website through the Spreadiom platform.
Service: The Spreadiom platform for managing banner advertisements, including tools for ad space management, advertiser connections, and performance analytics.

3. User Obligations

Advertisers:
- Provide accurate and complete information (e.g., email, company name, contact details).
- Ensure that the content of advertisements complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Payments for ad space must be completed in accordance with the terms agreed upon with the publisher.
Publishers:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including payment account details (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
- Maintain the integrity of ad placements as agreed upon with advertisers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws on websites hosting ad space.

4. Service Fees and Payment Terms

Spreadiom charges a 5% service fee on the total revenue from ad space sales.
Invoices for service fees will be issued on the 1st of the following month and must be paid by the 15th of the same month.
Failure to pay the service fee by the due date may result in suspension of your account or other penalties.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Spreadiom services to:

Display or promote illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
Share false information or impersonate another individual or entity.
Violate intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

6. Advertisements and Liability

Spreadiom does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of advertisements displayed through its platform.
Publishers and advertisers assume full responsibility for ensuring that advertisements and website content comply with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All Spreadiom platform content, including designs, code, and trademarks, remains the property of Spreadiom.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Spreadiom platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Spreadiom provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spreadiom is not liable for:

Losses incurred due to interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in our services.
Disputes between advertisers and publishers regarding the content or placement of advertisements.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Spreadiom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions or non-payment of service fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Spreadiom reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting.
